At Walters Wholesale, our company is instrumental in providing opportunities for growth and discovery in the electrical distribution industry. With this in mind, we have started our internship program for individuals entering the workforce.
Our internship provides a win-win partnership in which new employees learn more about electrical distribution, sales, and our services. Internships at Walters are paid, hands-on positions, where interns have opportunities to tackle real-world challenges. They will work side-by-side with experienced Walters staff and gain a solid introduction to our processes.

Employee Training Program

The Accelerated Leadership Preparation System (ALPS) is an exclusive, intense 24-month program designed for high-potential leadership minded individuals with a variety of educational backgrounds. It’s based on several best-in-class training programs across the electrical industry combined with the practices and principles demonstrated by our professionals and past trainees.
We offer a unique opportunity for trainees in the program to learn and gain the basics.
Training will accelerate your ability to launch your career in electrical distribution.
